We restrict access to your web interface to your static IP address. Don’t have a static IP? No worries—we can provide a VPN for secure access.
Backup
We perform daily backups and retain them for seven days. If you need a longer backup period, just let us know.
Logging space?
We provide an initial 40 GB of logging space, which you can use freely. If you approach this limit, we'll notify you. Additional space is available upon request.

NetLock RMM supports backend role separation, allowing each server to handle specific tasks. For instance, you can distribute backend responsibilities such as providing updates, sending notifications, or communicating with agents. This setup not only improves response times but also enhances security for you and your clients.
A practical example: There’s a Trust Role and an Update Role. The Update Role provides update packages and files to agents. When an agent requests a version update, it first downloads the update package and then verifies its hash with the Trust Role. If the hash values don't match, the update won't proceed. This adds an extra layer of security to ensure the integrity of updates.
This approach also improves performance, even without the need for upfront load balancers, by distributing backend tasks across multiple servers. Instead of relying on a single server to handle all backend responsibilities, each server can focus on its specific role, leading to more efficient operations and quicker response times.
