    Is there any tiering — how is the price calculated?
    We've deliberately chosen to work purely via agreed SLAs. Every NetLock RMM membership has no limits on device installations, tenants or NetLock RMM admin users. Pricing is based on the SLAs you agree with us.
    Why is NetLock RMM so affordable compared to other vendors?
    Most vendors — especially the large RMM players — have big investors behind them. That investment funds aggressive marketing, often buying in technology or even acquiring entire technology providers. Naturally, those costs get passed on to customers. NetLock RMM was built entirely from scratch, with no third-party technology to license. As of 4 June 2026 there is no investor behind NetLock RMM, and we currently spend no resources on marketing either. We grow through word of mouth and sheer volume: the more customers, the more profitable NetLock RMM becomes — which our straightforward technical scalability makes easy to achieve.
    Can I switch between self-hosting and cloud?
    Yes! Migration is possible and our support team will assist you. Data can be transferred between deployments.
    How easy is it to switch from a free license to a paid one?
    You simply enter the new API key in your NetLock RMM server installation. The server then updates automatically and the already-installed agents are automatically reinstalled. Switching back from paid to free works the same way.
    Can I pay annually for a discount?
    Yes! Paying annually saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing — on Self-Hosted plans and on Cloud Professional. For longer commitments we can offer even more; just get in touch with us.
    What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept a wide range of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, EPS, Bancontact, Revolut Pay, Link (Stripe), and Google & Apple Pay.
    Our company requires a traditional invoice to pay by bank transfer?
    That's easy. First register in the member portal. On the products page, select 'Yearly' as the billing period (monthly subscriptions are not available for bank transfer). Then you'll see a new button 'Generate quote'. This creates a standard invoice with the option to pay by bank transfer.
