    How do I choose the right tier?
    Choose based on your device count, desired SLA response time, required features (code signing, SSO, whitelabel), and budget. Start with a lower tier and upgrade as needed.
    Can I switch between self-hosting and cloud?
    Yes! Migration is possible and our support team will assist you. Data can be transferred between deployments.
    What happens when I upgrade from Open Source (without code signing) to a paid tier with code signing?
    Deployed agents will automatically redeploy and be replaced by the code-signed version. You just need to replace the existing API key with the new one. That's it.
    Are there discounts for startups or non-profit organizations?
    Yes! We have a dedicated startup program with exclusive discounts. Contact us at support@netlockrmm.com with the subject 'Startup Inquiry'.
    Is NetLock RMM GDPR compliant?
    Yes! All paid tiers are fully GDPR compliant. We have server locations in Germany and follow a zero-tracking philosophy. We track only one thing: the number of devices you monitor. Nothing more – and you can turn it off if you want.
    Can I pay annually for a discount?
    Yes! Annual payment saves ~2 months for self-hosting and ~10% for cloud plans. You can save even more if you commit to a longer period. Feel free to contact us.
    What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept a wide range of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, EPS, Bancontact, Revolut Pay, Link (Stripe), and Google & Apple Pay.
    Our company requires a traditional invoice to pay by bank transfer?
    That's easy. First register in the member portal. On the products page, select 'Yearly' as the billing period (monthly subscriptions are not available for bank transfer). Then you'll see a new button 'Generate quote'. This creates a standard invoice with the option to pay by bank transfer.
