The easiest way to get started is by registering for a free account on our Members Portal and obtaining the Open Source membership. This membership includes the Windows agent, as well as the Linux and macOS agents. If you prefer not to use the Members Portal, you can download the project from GitHub, compile, and package it yourself. 😊

Limitations are primarily related to support options. The core of NetLock RMM will always remain open source. While we do not provide direct troubleshooting for technical issues for non paid users, you can join our community servers for assistance or report bugs on GitHub. If you require professional support, such as server setup and upgrade assistance, or deeper troubleshooting you might want to consider our paid memberships.
